Improved copper recipes.

Just a small patch that fixes copper block -> copper stairs recipes. Now these yield 5 stairs (vs. the 4 of the vanilla recipes), which makes more sense. The vanilla recipes are now being disabled with the "filter" option of pack.mcmeta, which should be safer.
