Added recipes for more items, for copper, and for iron ingots + major file restructuring.

Changes

  • Simplified files.
  • Added comparator, anvil, golden apple, golden melon slice, and golden carrot smelting recipes.
  • Anvils, cauldrons, hoppers, and minecarts now give 1 iron ingot instead of a nugget.
  • Added copper recipes. Lightning rod, spyglass, and any non-full block (stairs, slabs) give 1 copper ingot. Any full copper block gives 1 copper block.
  • Added recipe unlocking system.
